MOBILE PARTITION WALLS FOR EXHIBITION STANDS
The fair is an important moment in corporate communication, it is the privileged place where the exhibitor has the opportunity to communicate with his target, to make new business contacts, present new products and services.
For many companies, trade fairs represent the main item among marketing and communication costs.
Although we often wonder about the opportunity to continue investing in fairs - as it is sometimes difficult to evaluate the results - the fair means is reconfirmed year after year by companies, as it undoubtedly presents opportunities that are difficult to find in other communication and sales tools.
From a practical point of view, whatever the type of event and the objectives of the presence, the modular stand has been confirmed over the years as a timeless solution.
Quick and easy to assemble, light and comfortable to move, with an excellent quality / price ratio. It can be assembled and disassembled quickly, it guarantees maximum flexibility from one event to another, as the structure can be reused, reconfigured and, if desired, integrated with new modules to expand its dimensions.
All these elements contribute to making this product one of the most suitable for setting up stands and exhibition spaces.
The exhibition stands must normally be built in tight deadlines, as the fair body welcomes many events during the year on close dates.
The use of modular partition walls meets the needs of exhibitors and installers, as their assembly is faster than all other systems available on the market (honeycomb and plasterboard walls).
Secondly, the regulations of the fair organization that prohibit altering the structure of the halls must be taken into account: therefore, the solution of self-supporting movable walls constitutes not only an opportunity, but an almost obligatory choice.
Unlike heavy honeycomb or plasterboard walls, which are slow and difficult to set up, our modular walls combine lightness, strength and speed of installation.
Modularity guarantees full versatility over time: from one event to another, the structure can be completely reconfigured or expanded.
Modular systems are particularly suitable for small to medium spaces.
All those companies that participate in several events of the year with small stands should consider, as an alternative to renting the pre-set structures provided by the fair body, the purchase of a kit stand.
With the modular wall system, you can assemble your stand yourself in just a few moments, without having to drill, glue or soil.
No specialized labor is required: anyone is able to assemble their stand simply and quickly.
Assembly takes place with the simple use of an electric screwdriver: this type of "simplified" assembly, in addition to drastically reducing set-up times, saves money for specialized labor, as the walls can be easily assembled even by those who do not have any experience of "assembly".
The purchase price pays for itself very quickly. Taking into account the current cost of the rentals, the savings are certainly considerable.
As for large-sized stands, movable partitions can be conveniently adopted to create areas and subdivisions within the stand.
Large stands normally need to host various functions: product presentation and display, reception, office, warehouse and so on.
The movable walls allow you to divide and organize the space in a few moments and, if necessary, to make changes even at the last moment, without this implying the need to carry out work or to alter the main structure of the stand, as the movable partition walls are completely self-supporting and do not require anchors or fixings.
The adoption of screens inside the stand is nowadays an indispensable element to guarantee privacy and confidentiality.
The trade fairs, being more and more specialized, represent a showcase for the launch of new ideas and products but also an opportunity for competing companies which, if no protection tool were activated, would thus have the opportunity to touch products and technologies that can be copied later.
The creation of reserved areas inside the stand guarantees the exhibitor greater control over visitors and over photographic and video footage by any competitors.
An element almost always present in contemporary stands is the reception area: in some cases it is more characterized as a reception for the distribution of information material and the registration of visitors; more often it is set up as a real living room, equipped with tables and chairs.
Having a lot of space available, the reception area can have a more structured character: it can be designed by providing high walls along the perimeter, while inside it can be used lower walls, suitable for creating single "workstations".
In this way, the space will be kept visually open to the whole area, but at the same time it will be organized and structured inside, to fully perform all the intended functions.
The perimeter partition wall can be blind, using matt finish panels; alternatively, some transparent panels can be inserted in a timely manner to visually break the linearity and monotony of the shielding.
Even inside very small stands it is generally possible to create small "reserved" areas: an "L" -shaped wall or a curved screen placed in a corner position, may in fact be sufficient to create a sort of "room in the room".
A table and some seats will do the rest, giving the exhibitor the opportunity to characterize this small space as he likes, emphasizing the office function or connoting it more as a reception area.
